Praesidium Employment Scheme
We offer Praesidium, a web-based employment management tool and insurance package. Praesidium provides on the basis of an annual contract:
- an audit of existing policies, procedures and documentation together with assistance in updating
- a regularly updated web based manual providing easy-to-read guidance on managing employment issues - from advertising and recruitment through to discipline and dismissal - as well as step-by-step guides, policies and procedures, forms and records and explanations of the law governing different employment issues
- a 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, unlimited access telephone helpline to solicitors specialising in employment law
- free newsletters and bulletins regarding important employment law developments
- insurance cover against the cost of legal fees of defending a claim, and any award in the Employment Tribunal (subject to the terms of the policy) up to a maximum of £100,000, inclusive of costs, in respect of each and every claim
