Profile

Dai joined Brooke North as a partner in January 2007. He advises clients on intellectual property, computer and technology law subjects including E-Commerce issues. He specialises in advising on commercial agreements relating to software and technology products, including outsourcing agreements and web-related contracts. He also has considerable experience advising on product liability and product safety issues.
Dai is a committee member of the Institution of Electrical Engineers - Management Professional Network. He is also a member of the Laws Committee, IT & E-Commerce Committee and a past Chairman of the Society for Computers and Law (Northern Branch). Dai has also written and contributed to a number of publications in his field.
