Liz is an Associate in our Employment team. Liz provides practical advice to clients on all aspects of employment law from recruitment to termination. She deals with both contentious and non-contentious matters and regularly acts on behalf of clients in employment tribunals for claims such as unfair dismissal and discrimination. Liz also drafts contracts of employment, policies and procedures and deals with Compromise Agreements.
Liz also works alongside our Company Commercial team and provides advice on the employment aspects of sales and acquisitions.
Liz studied law at the University of Hull and completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester. She completed her training contract at Shulmans and worked at a number of law firms as a solicitor before joining Brooke North in June 2009.
Liz is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
