Profile
|
Mark is an Associate in our Construction and Commercial Dispute Resolution teams. He specialises in contentious construction work and also advises on non-contentious matters such as contract drafting, professional appointments, bonds, warranties and project procurement.
On the contentious construction side, Mark represents clients in Adjudication and Arbitration proceedings in addition to litigation in the specialist Technology and Construction court, in both the County Court and the High Court.
Mark has experience of all forms of ADR including mediation and expert determination. He also advises about dispute avoidance.
Mark studied Modern History and International Relations at the University of St Andrews before undertaking the law conversion and legal practice diploma courses at the College of Law in York. He qualified at a law firm specialising in construction law in 2002 and joined Brooke North LLP from Hammonds in 2009.
