Profile

Richard joined Brooke North as a partner in 1997. He specialises in contentious and non-contentious construction law and professional negligence.
Richard is a Deputy District Judge and is a CEDR accredited mediator as well as a visiting lecturer and examiner at Leeds Metropolitan University. He was President of the Leeds Law Society 2002-03.
Richard was voted Yorkshire Commercial Litigator of the Year 2003 and is referred to in the Legal 500 2006 edition as a specialist of note.
