Nigel joined Brooke North as a partner in 1997. Nigel deals with a wide range of corporate and commercial matters for a diverse client base. He has particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, asset sale and purchases and all similar transactions. Nigel also specialises in security work and non-contentious insolvency related work shareholder agreements trading and other commercial contracts such as agency, distribution, franchising agreements and terms and conditions of business.
